Thank you for your feedback. Based on our conversation the property you were interested in was not a proper fit. We always ask about timelines to meet the demands of the public. If you are staying in a hotel and need a home right away, we will try to accomodate your needs. We refer you to rental showing agents as Managers to assist in showing rental homes. Customer service is understanding a clients needs and assisting them with the information they provide. I hope you are able to locate a home.
